Welcome to my personal website! My name is Vivianna Fang He. I was born and raised in China; educated in Singapore, the US, and Switzerland. My Chinese name (何方) means “where” in ancient poems—perhaps this is the origin of my inclination to explore.
I am an Associate professor at the School of Management, University of St. Gallen. As the founding director of the Institute of Responsible Innovation, I lead an interdisciplinary research team focusing on innovative technologies and organizational forms for societal impact. For more information, please see my full CV here.
